Pages do not open

I cannot open pages when I have loaded books. Only the cover page will be open but pages do not open. Page numbers shows but pages do not open. How I can solve the problem? I did not have this problem in my old computer. Can anyone help?

I forgot to say that the problem prevails in Adobe Digital Edition. Please, can anyone help?

FWIW, it seems Bluefire Reader is nominally better. I wouldn't hold my breath for a response from Adobe.

Same problem here unfortunately. Adobe support is not available for this product and I was forwarded to this comunity forum with no answers regarding my problem. Bluefire Reader works perfectly.
