Permission to copy

Just today I could not open my library books on my kobo  I tried downloading again and it says that I don't have permission to copy  how do I fix it?

Digital Edition and you reader authorize with the same adobe ID?

‌THanks. I did figure out what to do and that was to remove the authorization on both computer and kobo, uninstall digital editions and reinstall. That worked
