please help, i am so frustrated i cannot open any of my ebooks on my tablet, every time i try it says this item was originally downloaded with a different user account or adobe id, which is impossible because i've been using the same adobe id all along. what can i do. i can't open any of my ebooks on my laptop, keeps on telling me i have to authorize. when i de-authorize and authorize again it says that my computer is authorized but when i want to open the any book it says authorize computer, when i do that it says that my id or password is wrong. what do i do
