PLEASE someone tell me how to get Adope to reset my activations have been on chat 3 times and was told they would be in touch that was yesterday i have been trying to get an answer for 3 days PLEASE HELP i am a shutin widow who really needs her e-books

You can reset the activation over Adobe ID over the customer chat. You must ask exact for reset of adobe ID. Then should work it.

i did ask on chat for that but they said they would get in touch after they reviewed my problem, they never did but thankfully i went to KOBO and they walked me through fixing it. thank you for trying to help me
