Printing from pdf for Digital Editions

We are new to Digital Editions. Have checked to see we do have printing permission for an ebook we have purchased.

Using DE on a PC only - not on a reader.

However the print option is greyed out - it won't let us print. Any idea what we are doing wrong? These forums don't seem to have an answer.

Some ebooks could not print. Right Click on the File and choose the option Media-Info. Which info has you for the option print?
