Problema al leer ebook en Wolder e-reader

No puedo leer ebooks con DRM en mi e-reader (Wolder) a pesar de estar autorizado. Puedo copiar el e-book en el lector que lo incluye en la carpeta Digital Editions, pero al intentar abrirlo me dice que "primero active el dispositivo" y "el archivo no puede leerse"

Can you open the eBook in Digital Edition? If yes are the reader and Digital Edition authoirze with the same adobe ID?

Yes, I can open the book in my computer. Both, the computer and the reader are authorized by the same ID of Digital Editions.

Has you try to reset the reader and authoirze again and the to move the file?

I’ve reset the reader and I’ve introduced my ID and password of ADE, but it says me “activación no válida”. I’ve authorized one more time via the computer and the problem is the same.
