Problems with licence

Hi - I've just downloaded Adobe Editions but when I try to transfer a book it comes up with an error message Error getting Licence, Licence Server Communication Problem: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER  Anyone know how to solve this?
