We have had a number of customers complain that they cannot print pages in ADE from the workbooks they have purchased from us. We put no restrictions on printing in our books, so it isn't a licensing issue. Some customers can print a few pages and then it stops at the same place in the same book every time, although they can print from other books. Some customers cannot print anything from a book. However, it is not the same books our customers cannot print -- most customers have no problem printing from any of our books. Any idea what might cause this? Could it be a setting on their computer, or a device issue, perhaps?
