Remove books from ADE

I am trying  to remove some books from ADE, but they keep on popping up when I relaunch ADE.

How can I remove a book for keeps?

Its a problem with the current version (4.5) and his synchrony function. At moment only works under older version: Adobe Digital Editions downloads
