rendering issues after update to ADE 4.5.8

Hi

Some of our pdf e-books do not render correctly anymore after upgrading to ADE 4.5.8.

All fonts are embedded, yet some type looks like this:

Anyone else encountering this problem?Adobe Digital Editions​

This is reproducable both on Windows and Mac.
