Search function

How can I get the search function to work? I type in a specific word, but it only says "no matches found" - although I know that there are plenty of matches in the e-book. I've tried re-downloading the book without luck.

I only have one. But the "Getting Started" file works perfectly with the search function. Also, I can't highlight anything. I have a Mac.

This is happening w/me in WebHelp. Very frustrating. It happens only with certain single terms. Other times, a single word works just fine.
