Some options are not visible and not working in reading window while we apply contrast theme.

Repro Steps:

Deploy the latest OS on X64 device. 
Perform Windows and Store updates. 
Download the application from vendor site.
Install the application.
Launch the application.
Open any sample book/pdf.
Work with the options available in the toolbar like Go Back to Library, Create Bookmark, Show/Hide Navigation Panel, Change Page view, Find etc.
Go to settings.
Search for contrast themes and select "Choose a contrast theme".
Apply Aquatic, Desert or Dusk contrast theme from the dropdown.

Observation 1:

Now go back to the application.
Observe that the options in the toolbar are not visible when Contrast Themes (Aquatic, Desert, Dusk) are applied.

Observation 2:

Observe that the options in the toolbar are not working after changing to Contrast Themes (Aquatic, Desert, Dusk).

Actual Result:

Some options are not visible and not working in reading window when we apply contrast themes.
