Too many activation - Limit of number of machines allowed per ID Reached

Recently i have changed my laptop and mobile to new and trying to authorize Adobe Digital Editions. While I am authorizing my new device, I am getting the following error message as shown in the screen shot. I am not going to use any of my old devices. So, could you please help me to remove all authorized old devices and allow me to add my new devices.

I have removed authorization from old mobile and then tried to add to my new device, still same issue. Oh My GOD. that means adobe has to support. No other way but getting support from adobe is through forum only ???? I am waiting for response for long while.
