Transferring ebooks from library with ADE 3.0, to a NOOK error message

When trying to transfer ebooks from the library ebook collection, using Adobe Digital Editions 3.0, to a NOOK an error message appears and the book will not transfer.  What is the solution? Books will transfer to NOOKs using the 2.0 version of Adobe Digital Editions. Should I just not update to 3.0?
