Trouble downloading to Nook, any help?

Randomly, ADE refuses to download to my Nook, what can I do?

Do you used Windows or Macinosh?

i use Windows 7 and have not yet updated to latest Windows 10.

i always try to update immediately on all products but this time I'm going to seek professional assistance.

ive had trouble with downloads from ADE to Nook for several years, again, I've always promptly updated when directed.

A chat person shared a phone number & I received help the last time; now a recording says they no lojnger support ADE.

im open to any ideas.

Right click to digital edition and run as admin.
Download a eBook file and try to move to your reader.
