Trying to Download an online document to Adobe Digital Editions

I was instructed by my distributor to download adobe digital editions so that I can down load their document onto Adobe.

I did this; however, when I go to download it from the distributors link, this error message comes up:

This site can’t be reached escripts.playscripts.com refused to connect. Search Google for escripts playscripts 8080 fulfillment URLLink ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Please help!!
