I have been unable to open up an e-book after downloading and installing the Adobe Digital edition required. Instructions were followed including authorizing my computer but it always states: unable to download, already fulfilled by another user..

have the same problem and I have been speaking to the maker of my ereader and they told me to download a earlier version of adobe digital (3.0) but now the books still won't download to digital editions and keep giving me an activation error
