Unable to download. Error getting license. License Server Communication Problem:E_STREAM_ERROR

Hi. Has anyone got one of these errors before? It won't let me download the ebooks (which I urgently need for an exam). I have tried deleting and re-installing but that didn't work. ANy suggestions welcome. Thanks.
