Hello, I recently purchased an eBook, but I wasn't sure how to open it. I have a PC with Windows 10 and attempted to open it in a few different apps. I finally was pointed to Digital Editions and downloaded version 4.5. When I try to download the eBook with Editions an error comes up stating "Unable to Download". It goes on to say "Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULLFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER". I understand that eBooks can only be opened with one ID at a time. I only have one Adobe ID, so I'm not sure what other user would have access to it. Is there a way for me to fix this problem, or do I have to re-purchase the eBook?
