Unable to download, please help!

I ordered a book from CNS productions, the prompted me to download adobe digital editions, I did, but every time open it on my ipad it says:

Unable to download

Error getting license. License Server

Communication Problem:

W_ADEPT_CORE_WRONG_DEVICE

Can anyone help me?
