Dear Digital Editions Support Team,
I am writing to report an issue I am facing with a purchased e-book. The file is not opening in Adobe Digital Editions, and I am unable to access the content.
Here are the details of the problem:
E-Book Title: 3dsMax Animation
I have Adobe Digital Editions 4.5 installed and authorized with my Adobe ID. My device runs on [windows 11].
Issue Description: When I attempt to open the e-book in Adobe Digital Editions, [Unable to download
Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED].
To help in resolving the issue, I have attached a screenshot showing the error message or issue I encountered.
I kindly request your guidance on how to resolve this issue so I can access my e-book. If there are specific steps or further information required, please let me know.

Back on track again. Adobe digital edition and e-book downloading works again as it should.
