I get same message as freds. Computer and e-reader are both authorized to same ID. I did a "factory reset" for my Kobo Touch which changed things considerably, including losing my dictionary for Adobe downloaded books.

Deauthorize your device

Deauthorize your computer (Ctl-Shift-D)

Uninstall ADE v4.xx

Reboot

Install ADE V2.0

Reauthorize computer and Kobo
