When I try to return a borrowed book from my ADE library, I get an error message that says"Error returning item, Please authorize your computer first". However when I click the "Help" tab and seclect "authorization information", it stays that my compute

When I try to return a borrowed book from my ADE library, I get an error message that says"Error returning item, Please authorize your computer first".  However when I click the "Help" tab and seclect "authorization information", it stays that my computer is already Authorized.  What's going on??
