Greetings,

I am using a MacBook Air and receive this when trying to submit my Computer Authorisation (when downloading an eBook) with my Adobe ID and Password.

Thanks and regards, kcf101

Hi Nanaky,

Please note I confirm that the Time, Date and Timezone (at the multiple times of trying to download) in my Mac System Preferences is all correct.

Is there other Time, Date and Timezone preferences that I can change to fix this problem?

Sometimes its a problem with the eBook itself. Have you check a other eBook?
