Why I cannot have Digital Editions free? If Adobe write I can for 30 days? What I make? Thanks a lot!

I need Adobe Edoicões to edit PDF. When I signed up I said they could use for 30 days free. I can not download the free program. I always ask to buy it. It has 30 days I'm trying to get into the ADOBE DC free program and I can not.Adobe Digital Editions‌
