Moving to Adobe Digital Editions​

J'ai Adobe Digital Editions. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both 3.0 and 4.5.1 multiple times. Then I used administrator.  the only one that opens up is 3.0 and i could use adobe 4.5.1 until recently. So now I cant use it at all.  Help me with my Adobe.

Has you install both version? If yes uninstall the newest version.

Also I have a question for you:  my problem just started. And I started looking for fixes in this forum but it hasn't been helpful. So  I also tried to do it from my hard drive through the folder but it wont open that way either.  I am a book reviewer and am so screwed right now. I get paid.Please help
