Account cellulare android e pc windows è la stessa?

Buongiorno.

Ho già Adobe Digital Editions sul mio cellulare Android e tablet Android. Ho scaricato il programma sul pc windows. Provando ad entrare sul pc però mi dice password errata.

Perché? Non è possibile avere questo programma su pc e cellulare contemporaneamente?

Oppure cosa può essere?
