ACSM File is not opening in ADE...Getting different message when trying to open

We are the vendor of https://phindia.com. From last one week our customers are facing issue while opening eBooks in ADE. Everything is perfect on our servers and subscription also have enough time. Please watch the video for more detail. Any response would be appreciated.
