ACSM file stuck on download which then crashes and I've tried everything

As it says. Keep getting stuck on dowloads. I've tried deauthorisation and reauthorisation. Same problem. I've tried an earlier version. Same problem. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Same problem. Please can someone help?
