activation service error code:E_ACT_NO_READY on windows 10 and after password change stillnotworking

I'm facing an activation service error code : E_ACT_NO_READY with ADE. I had a chat with support and changed successfully the password. But impossible to erase authorization. Message "is

unable to erase authorization, Please try after some time."

I'm stuck in this chicken and egg situation!!!!

 

What should I do to solve the problem?
