ADE Remove Authorizations from Old Account

Hi,

 

After contacting support I was advised to come here (don't even get me started on how ridiculous that is).

 

I have had ADE authorized for two accounts: Account A and Account B.

 

I have 3 books: Book 1, Book 2 and Book 3

 

When I purchased Book 1, I authorized it with Account A.

When I purchased Books 2 and Book 3, I authorized them with Account B

 

In between then and now, I no longer have access to Account B and have reinstalled my OS several times (generating new User ID's in ADE).

 

I was able to re-authorize Book 1 with Account A, but Book 2 and Book 3 give an error: 

E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER

 

I had asked support to reset the authorization on Book 2 and Book 3 because I no longer have access to Account B but they told me to come to the forums for help so a specialist can help me here.

 

While I hope this is the case, I have to admit that the handling of my issue is so far below my expectations I am actually shocked I was directed to the user forums for an account authorization issue.

 

@Shweta23: This is inexcusable and you had better address this with your support department.
