I've been facing extreme difficulty as my number of activations of ADE have exceeded and I keep getting a message "TOO MANY ACTIVATIONS". Customer service team keeps sending me links to the page where it asks the user to contact them. It's a vicious loop. They even sent me a message on 15th Dec that states that my activations have been reset and I can use them without problems.
And just now I got a message on Twitter that says they can't find any ADE ID with my email address Sumit.email@example.com. I am completely frustrated and confused.
if someone is able to help I'll be grateful as I've been suffering past over a month now.
