Like many others, my ADE will work sometimes and then suddenly stops. It stopped opening new books last week sending me to BlueFire. (great a notehr ap to waste space because one won't work.)
Now it won't even launch. I am a book reviewer for NetGAalley; i was almost finished with a book that expires in two days. NOw I can't get to it! I can't complete my review because I can't get the thing to open.
WHen I search trouble shooting, I find solution buts those solutions don't work. I.E. run it in compatability mode but WIndows 10 isn't offered in teh drop down menue so it's no help.
And now I fidn ouyt I can't even contact Adobe; i have to go through this forum. This is just bad customer service.
Please if you have an answer that will help me, please reply. Because I'm about to leavae Adobe all together.
