Adobe Acrobat Reader iPad Freezing

Hello,

During the past few days (even after updating to the recent version), my app seems to keep freezing.  After getting out of one PDF and trying to open another, the screen would say “Opening.....” and then stay that way.  It does this with every subsequent PDF I attempt to open.  I have ended the app and it does not fix the issue.  I have to continually end and re-open the app in order to retrieve the next document.  I have also restarted my iPad to no avail.

Please advise.
