How do I get rid Adobe Anonymous  ID account called Null on blue fire reader?

You have two choices: login with your own Adobe ID account or login with an anonymous account named Null, because you don't have an Adobe ID account. 

In that case, wouldn't it be an issue with Adobe app not the blue fire app?
