adobe digital edition 4.5 no access permissions to one drive

I have adobe digital editions 4.5 installed. There is an error message on my computer saying it has no access permissions to one drive. I am not savvy about one drive. Any step by step instructions on this?

I just started having the same problem. What gives? It worked on the weekend and two days later downloaded a new book and I got the same message.
