When I connect my eReader brand Kobo Aura Edition 2, it appears on the Shelves, but immediately ADE hangs up.
The Kobo storage unit works properly, I passed the review tool, no errors. I connected it to a laptop running Windows 7, 32-bit, with ADE and it works properly.
I have checked the Firewall, I have even disabled it, and also the Anti-virus, but it also does not work.
I don't know what to do.
