
This is the message i get when I try to authorise my kobo reader, since 1 year it work no problem, but I had to reset the Kobo and since I am not able to reautorise anymore.
I tried to delete the "activate.dat" file and it still doesn't work.
Dear Adobe on your web site it says : if your receive this message contact us.
It as been several hours that I am trying to get help and they all send me to this community, and of what I read it looks like their is no help at all.
Hope I will receive an answer to solve my problem.
