I have numerous students who can now not access their ebooks - just yesterday they could. They have deleted the App, and thought reinstalling it would work but now they don't see it as available.
I saw in another post last night that their was an outage.
Please let me know what to say to my students.
I’m in the same boat and no one at Adobe has responded to any of these inquiries posted on this forum. And the help desk personnel refer you here ugh
I just wanted to check to make sure you ebook is now working? There seemed to be a problem with the Adobe server yesterday that may have caused the problem.
Yes, problem seems to now be resolved. Adobe finally posted an app update.
