Can someone please tell me how I can authorize a computer with ADE already installed anonymously when the "authorize this computer" option is grayed out and can't be selected? This is incredibly annoying to have to go through with a free app. I want to be able to read my books on both my computers. They belong to me after all.
I also don't understand why they say if you don't authorize with ID that the books belong to the computer, not the ID. What happens when that computer dies? Can somebody from Adobe please explain/help. There doesn't seem to be any way anymore of contacting Adobe directly, though maybe I just haven't been able to find it.
