I bought an Adobe Digital Editions Texbook and have been unable to access it. Every time I try to authorize any of my devices (most recently I have been trying my iPhone), I get an error message that reads "Digital editions could not connect to the activation server. Please make sure you are connected to the Internet." I only have a 12 month subscription to this book and have been trying to access it for a month! The employee on Adobe chat said I didn't have a subscription but I was currently signed on with my subscription and have not had subscription issues before. Please help!
