Authorization not possible

I authorized yesterday  my moms laptop and today I wanted to do the same with my dads but but this showed up:

"you can only authorize this computer with an adobe ID that hasnt been previously used to authorize any other computer or mobile devises. Please try again."

What does that mean? How long I have to wait? Right now we have 4 devices that are athorized with that ID..why can't I authoriize a fifth one?
