  •  I bought an ebook.
  • I downloaded Adobe Digital Editions
  • I choosed an ID and a password
  • When I tried to authorize my computer appear the observation that the ID or the password are not correct
  • I verified  with the company either the ID and the password and they are correct
  • What I have to do to authorize my computer? Please help
