I bought ebooks for college and downloaded Adobe Digital Additions onto my new iPad. I made an Adobe ID today. But forgot that about 6-7 years ago I must have had one on an old ipad. I get the message (where I think "this item" means Adobe Digital Additions):
"This item was originally downloaded with a different user account or Adobe ID. To continue, please add that account." There is no option to skip.
Can the app see my Apple ID? Is that why it's asking for the old Adobe ID? Can I cancel an old Adobe ID when all I know is my Apple ID? Is there a different solution. Very grateful for help.
