Cannot download content

Hi together, 

have some problem to download my content in Digital Editions on my new Laptop. Always get the following error code: 

"Fehler beim Abrufen der Lizenz. Lizenzserver-Kommunikationsfehler: E_Stream_ERROR:"

Can anybody help?
