Cannot open books in Digital Editions

I cannot get my books to open in Digital Editions. I have tried to unregister the account and re register it but it will not let me unregister. I tried changing my password but it still will not let me access it. Please help.

1. Go to folders
2. look for my digital folder
3. delete my digital folder
4. close and reopen adobe digital editions

This solution will have to be redone each time
