Cannot unauthorize computer

Hi, I downloaded ADE in April 2019 and authorized my computer. I cannot remember my password and Adobe has no record of any of my email adresses used when I contacted them to reset my password. 

 

I have since created a new account last week which I intend to use from now on but I need to unauthorize my computer in order to authorize my new account.

 

Please help, my case is: ADB-16924994-S9Z5
