I keep receiving the same error and I'm fed up about it. I tried to contact personal support avenues from Adobe and got shuffled across to 3 different Customer Server representatives, none of which could help me. I was then told to post my query here, and the representative would be able to get back to me WITHIN A FEW HOURS. Not so immediate help.
