I'm needing assistance in resetting the authorizations that are connected to my account, and have read that 24x7 chat is the way to go.
However, they're being rather unhelpful in the matter.
Can I please get somebody from the adobe support team to reset the authorizations done by this account for Adobe Digital Editions?
Or does anybody from the community have any recommendations, bar biting the bullet and just making a new throwaway email and just doing that instead.
