I downloaded this and installed this today. I created an ID and password. The adobe website recognizes this ID and password, but the APP does not. how do I get this fixed? I see a couple of updates today on the app, could this be part of the problem? Any help is appreciated.

I am having the same problem. The chat assistant is unable to help, completely clueless. I need access to my ebook urgently and there is no assistance
So did another reset. Checked the box to log out of all devices and manually entered a password rather than Apple keychain auto fill. Seems to work now
